The busiest time to visit Washington is between March - June before the temperatures get too high. Another good time to visit if you are looking for less crowds is between July - September when temperatures rise and it becomes more hot and humid. Visiting between October - February is best for avoiding the crowds and due to Vancouver having less harsh winters, is a lovely destination during winter festivities.
